Shipping Policy

All Marchezzo products are made to order and shipped directly by our production partner.

Production Time Each product takes 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Portugal: 3–7 business days
• Western Europe (Germany, France, Spain, etc.): 5–10 business days
• Eastern Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or exceptional circumstances.

International Orders For orders outside Portugal, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
