Return and Refund Policy
At Marchezzo, all products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. The following conditions apply:
Right of Withdrawal Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), products made to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Since all our products are individually produced after ordering, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.
Defective or Misprinted Items If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during shipping, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. To request one:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product
- Send clear photos of the defect to gustavo.ferreira.marques.0@gmail.com
- Include your order number
Wrong Size or Color Ordered As each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect size or color selection. Please check the size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
