By accessing and using marchezzo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. About Us Marchezzo is an online store operated by Gustavo Ferreira Marques, based in Esmoriz, Portugal (VAT: PT257575065). Our products are produced on demand through a third-party print-on-demand partner.

2. Products All products are made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings or printing processes. Please consult the size guide before ordering, as we cannot accept exchanges for incorrect size selection.

3. Orders and Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.

4. Payment We accept payments via the methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery Orders are produced within 2–5 business days and then shipped. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. As products are made to order, returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Defective or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded.

7. EU Consumer Rights If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal as they are personalised goods made to your specifications.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Marchezzo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marchezzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
